The house was designed with the laundry room dividing the two ~1000sq. ft. spaces. The laundry room doors are dead bolted from the inside of each unit as to provide safety and the walls and doors of the laundry room are very sound proof.

Each listing is provided with ONE off-street parking spot any additional vehicles can be parked for free at the bottom of the driveway. For those towing a trailer or RV, there is plenty of space at the bottom of the driveway along the road near the mailbox.

In order to provide a space that is allergy free for all guests we don’t allow pets.

You are more than welcome even encouraged to take as many iPhone photos of you and your loved ones during your stay. We’d even love it if you would tag @thehemingwayhouse! However we do not allow any professional photo shoots whether it be for portfolio, paid, or commercial purposes.
